To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The appliance is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the appliance securely, including a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned appliance, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your appliance. These costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective appliance, please contact us immediately at 0717 684 671 with details and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps for returning the item.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different appliance model, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
